May Sunday is a Senior Project Manager with five years of delivery experience across NHS Digital and EPR programme rollouts. She holds a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification and has led complex, multi-stakeholder programmes through go-live, escalation, and recovery.
She built this simulator because she kept seeing the same pattern: talented, qualified candidates failing PM interviews — not because they lacked knowledge, but because they had never practised delivering that knowledge under real pressure.
