Over five years I have built programmes across NHS Digital and EPR environments, delivering change under genuine pressure. I hold a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification and have led through go-live, escalation, and recovery. That experience is what you are going to learn from.
I built this simulator because I kept seeing the same thing: talented, qualified candidates failing interviews, not because they lacked knowledge, but because they had never practised delivering that knowledge under real pressure. I know the exact moment candidates lose their footing. It is almost never about knowledge.
