Mays Coaching ("we", "our", "us") provides PM interview practice and one-to-one coaching services. We are the data controller of any personal data you provide through this site. You can contact us at hello@mayscoaching.com.

• Booking details — name, email, PM experience level, and any context you share when you book a session through our contact form.
• Practice data — your interview answers, profile details, and session history are stored locally in your browser (localStorage). They never leave your device unless you choose to send them to us.
• Cookies and analytics — see our Cookie Policy.

• To respond to booking enquiries and deliver coaching sessions you request.
• To improve the simulator and our coaching content.
• To comply with our legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting records).

Our legal basis is your consent (contact forms), legitimate interest (improving the service), and legal obligation (record-keeping).

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

• Email and hosting providers (e.g. Netlify, our email service) acting as data processors on our behalf.
• HMRC and our accountants where required by law.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete your data.
• Object to or restrict processing.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Booking enquiries are retained for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted unless we have a continuing client relationship. Financial records are kept for six years as required by HMRC. You can clear your locally-stored practice data at any time using the "Clear history" button on the simulator.

We use HTTPS across the whole site. Booking emails are stored in encrypted form by our email provider. Practice answers stored in your browser never leave your device.

We will update this page if our practices change. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
