These terms govern your use of mayscoaching.com and any coaching services you book through it. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The simulator is provided free of charge for personal interview practice. The mock feedback is illustrative, generated from a static rule set, and is not a substitute for human review or qualified careers advice. We make no guarantees about interview outcomes.

• Sessions are booked via the contact form. Confirmation and payment details are sent within 24 hours.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session are fully refundable.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled once at no charge but are otherwise non-refundable.
• If we cancel a session, you are entitled to a full refund or rescheduling.

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, resell, or republish the simulator content or coaching materials.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to harass or impersonate others.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the site.

All scenarios, copy, branding, and coaching frameworks on this site are the property of Mays Coaching. Your own answers and practice data remain yours.

We provide coaching and practice tools in good faith but make no warranty as to specific outcomes. Our total liability for any session is limited to the amount you paid for that session. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.
